The advice of best75 is the good advice. An extra remark is that campaign levels are harsh depending on your generals and their xp level or items they wear. You can replay old campaigns to increase their xp by KOs. You can buy items from shops to increase their skils. So if your stuck just play stuff that give you items and xp. Good luck |

oznat, Building buildings and winning battles in empire mode will get you exp as well. So if you have not than play some empire mode

Best way to lvl up gens
cavalry: spartan warriors lvl 2, use ur cavalry general who u are going to lvl up to kill the beginnig unit
inf/archer: sourge of god lvl 1
put ur general in the factory near the walls and let the units(mostly weak) from the facilities nearby to kamikaze on ur general.
I will let u all know if I found a good lvl for lvling up ur arti gens
For the general u are lvling up, give him the purple and gold gears(extra exp)

Hey what is the fastest way to unlock medieval age ? i don't have the game, however from what i've heard literature is pretty important. in the classical age, these conquests give literature: China (8 literature) Inca (15 literature) Greece (20 literature) i suggest to play as the inca's since it gives 15 literature and greece is rather hard. however, if you found the inca's to be to hard try china, Singlemalt already created a guide for china in here: european-war-4.boards.net/thread/4245/general-conquest-guide-classical-china |
