Which abilities are best for tank generals, and which gen has them?

Tide and Plain for attack.
Blitz and Supply for defend and recover.
Explosive for city destruction.
The only way to get best combination is building Eye Covered Gen yourself. You spend about 17000 medals for him.
The best Tank Academy you can buy is Guderian, follow are Patton,Rommel and Vatutin.
Manstein is good Tank gen too, many players consider him the 2nd best Tank gen you can buy.

Our forum has but i dont remember where it is. Google "world conqueror 3 skill upgrade cost" or similar words and check the link lead to our forum. Hope it helps ^^
