No word in English of what the inhabitants call the land (not Fatherland, Motherland, etc.)
Associated with mud, though it has nothing to do with the soil.

2. One similar to its neighbours, but not exactly;
its closest ally is that of the Hussars, Hajduks and Himnusz.
They were once the jewel in the Carolean crown; but now, they are only known for their exotic birds.
