Which is the easiest country to be in 1939/43- only having the 3 ec generals(unupgraded)?

1939: Japan/UK, ROC/Spain, Finland/Bulgaria/Greece.
1943: UK/USSR/Germany, ROC, Egypt.

When you get Badogolio play fInland 1939 ( because you can get resources to uphrade 2-4 Techs ) Just Bomb Leningrad with your Long Range Artillery with Badogolio on it, and capture it with Mannhreim. Leningrad and Riga, after you have them just wait for USSR and Germqny to fight it out, then spam Motorized inf from Helsinki and Capture Cities |

You can use him aswell, you need a syrong arty gen for this and that is all |

1939: Japan. It was the first country I conquered the world as, and at the time I had no generals and very little upgrades to one of my ec generals. My tech level was about 4/5. China is easy to conquer with the generals you get, including Yamamoto, Kuribayashi, and Itagaki. Holding off America isn't too difficult.Japan's very easy in 1939.
1943: USSR. Even though you might get kicked out of Siberia, you can hold off the Japs at Yakertinburg. Back in Europe, you get some pretty good generals, including Zhukov, Konev, and Vasilevsky and a few minor Russian generals. Even with no upgrades to ec generals, you can put them on random, stronger units (like heavy tank and field artillery). The eastern front with the Germans isn't hard to break through, even for beginners. The amount of units you have, you income, and the generals will make this conquest easy.

Yes, Govorov is better, but Badogilo is much cheaper and good. If you have enough medals then, of course, buy Gorvorov instead. |

The easiest for 1939 is Spain: just start, turn autoplay on and wait until AI wins (without gens with bad tech it is about 50%, with good almost 100%). Anyway to help in 39/43 conquests most of all you will need PMI - aircraft level 5.
