Hi guys! I am new to the forum, but have ben playing the game for a while new. I have read almost all the threads so far, great info, but have a question about eye open or eye closed generals?

No eye Generals are the ones you can make by your desing by payig with medals, You get them free by hq level. You can have 3 ( Up to lvl 12 HQ ). Its Commander ( Europe,Italy,Japan... ) Dont upgrade them, they are end game |

Eye open, normal general. Like Guderian, Rommel, Patton, Montgomery, Yamamoto, etc. Eye Closed, beginning commander like Cmdr. Soviet, Cmdr. Arab, Cmdr. Germany etc. Eye Open have price, eye covered free.

I generally don't use the terms "open" or "closed". I actually use "No-Eyes Cmdr" and "Academy General" instead.
Just wanted to add this possibility of using terms, thanks.
