Bismarck Jr , Pro-Version is not available for free. I bought the key. I have a link to download Basic-version, but in this version you can't add your message in the apk (you need to buy the key).

I found out how to add those startup textboxes without a tool. Its called a "toast".
I'll explain how to do it later in the mod board.
