I started getting back to playing World War TCG. A world war 2 card game. One of the biggest problems in the game is the OP legendaries. Whenever you get a legendary you might as well put it in your deck. Its been nicknamed the "orange tide"

Have you tried Gwent from The Witcher? It's like Hearthstone and I know you like that game. i haven't. The mechanics are like this: You and your opponent each have 3 rows along with a leader card that has a special ability. There is 1 row for close combat cards, a row for long range cards, and a row for siege weapons. You and your opponent both draw 10 cards out of your respective decks. You have these 10 cards for the entire game unless you have a certain faction perk or get Spy cards which allow you to draw more. Just like Hearthstone, each card has a power level. No mana in this game though, you simply play one card per round. There are all types of cards with varying power levels between 0-10. There are weather cards which can be used to reduce every unit in a row to 1 power. If you play one it works on both sides though, so you can doom yourself. There are also many abilities cards and units that come with abilities when you play them. Some of them are destroying the strongest unit on the board (even if it's yours), doubling the power of a row, or Spy cards which are placed on your opponents side but allow you to draw 2 more cards. Next, there are Hero cards. They are usually 10-15 power and aren't affected by ANY ability or weather cards, even if they are beneficial. Many of the hero cards are actual characters in the game that you can interact with. In fact, Geralt has a 15 power card of himself which makes him the strongest one in the game right next to Ciri who also has 15. Now for factions: There is Monsters, Scoia-Tel, Northern Realms, and Nilfgaard. To use a faction, you must first aquire at least 22 unit cards. Weather and abilities don't count to that total. Each faction has a perk. I only use the North so Ill try to remember the perks. North let's you draw 1 card after you win a round (each person has 2 lives), Monsters allow you to keep 1 randomly selected card on the board after a round ends, Scoia-Tel let's you pick who goes first, and Nilfgaard allows you to win a tied round. Each faction comes with four leader cards who do varying things. Some of them instantly play weather cards, some destroy opponent cards, some clear all weather. It's a nice strategy game and a welcome break from pursuing and slaying monsters all the time. I really like the game and have gone out of my way to best the strongest NPC players and win their Hero cards. Oh and you can also Pass which does exactly what you think it does. My strategy for a while was to just stall by using my leader ability and low power cards until my opponent stacked his side, then I just pass. Spy cards were great for this. I would end up having 8 or 9 cards while my opponent was stuck with 4 or 5.

Actually, the witcher fan base has enjoyed Gwent so much that the devs have made it a stand-alone game coming out later this year.

I got Joseph Stalin.... I noticed that one of the options is Karl Doenitz which doesn't make sense. Doenitz wasn't really a "muderous villian" the only crime he really was responsible was conducting unrestricted submarine warfare which US Admiral Nimitz admitted the US was also guilty of. I also don't get why Albert Speer and Joachim von Ribbentrop are considered a "Muderous Villians" when there are PLENTY of people that were far worse. Also, to my knowledge Rudolph Hess wasn't responsible for any crimes. In fact at risk to his own life, he tried to obtain peace which isn't very "Murderous".

Just because they tried didn't mean they succeeded. In my opinion, fighting for the Nazis in any way makes you a murderous villain.
