Passed America 1775 UK.
29 turns. 5800 1369 6366. 500 years, no Lan.
So either it is not good enough for America 1775 or I need to have more progress with campaigns or other conquests...
UPD: I received Lan. In case somebody is interesred... I was trying savegame (Europe 1798 HRE) after every campaign mission passed. And recieved 550 years and Lan after 330 stars. America 1775 savegame still gives 500 years.
So as I undedstand for Lan and Victoria there is complicated formula where quantity of turns is the main issue (with border 31 turn). In case You finish at turn 31 You need quite solid amount of resources and campaign stars. The faster You finish the lower requirements for the resources and campaign stars. Probably that explains why Monty received all the princesses with just one campaign finished - he finished the conquest at turn 1 as I understand.
