My first conquest as buglaria and it took around 120 turns to make it to the point I did in the video.

Not bad at all. With a bit of practice, you can certainly do better. I think my record for Bulgaria is...55-65 turns? I can't remember. It's been a decent bit.

Let the stronger countries do the heavy lifting. After they cripple most of the cities, move in and steal the kill.
Bigger countries are distracted by bigger countries. Sneak around and quickly take enemy cities that have few to no units nearby.
