I wish I could've; the British and French (and Portugese to some extent) were already knocking at Minsk's and Moscow's doors by the time I was doing the same at Washington; they took Moscow and pushed down into the Middle East by the time I defeated Canada and took Washington and New York.
I tried though; that's all that matters. :3
