Hi everybody,

I'm new on this forum and I come for help please... I check "help" section but found nothing, excuse me if there already have a post for this.

Yesterday when I start the game, I saw that all my progression was lost

Back to lvl 1...
Even if I'm connect with my Google playstore account :/

Is there a way to get my progression back ?
I can't I find my personnal data for this game on an my android device.

Thanks for your help, I was lvl 39 and I don't have strengh to start a new game

As I know, that's impossible if you haven't made the backup. How to avoid this: I had such situation twice and both times it happened when my battery ran out during playing, so watch your battery or play when connected to charger and autofarm only when charging.

I lost my progress too I was level 41
It was so bad I tried to root my phone
And boom it got bricked, then I fixed my phone and found out that all my game data was gone (it is obvious but I realised a while later)
