Can somebody give me an idea of conquering Brisbane very quickly? I'm going to do a conquest (1939) as an Axis power so please give me an idea on conquering Brisbane under 65 rounds.

If you play for Japan, just send enough early troops to the nearest level 3 shipyard on island, where you can build carriers and than send some 10 cariers to Brisbane. Sure, by the time Brisbane will get bombarded you have to send there some land troops too.
In general, for any country if you go to Australia early enough, you can capture Brisbane even with paraspam from nearest city (one attacks from the land, others from water). Also you can send ships from Australian shipyard.
