Apparenty if you can capture london within 3 or 4 turns you can leave the game on auto run and you'll almost always win as Germany 1943.

Govorov near Romania and and repeated missle strikes on London. You can also kill the Russian generals from Berlin. It normally takes around a hundred turns, though once I made it in 67.
