Cool day here in America the Continent, I just wanna say that the link to the unlocked apk for World Conqueror 4 does not work anymore, it just says file not present anymore, if there is a new link and I dont know about it sorry for this and just have a great day alright i take a look |

Ok even this is a build 3 (1.4.2) the only full unlocked version of EW4.
There is a known glitch that sometimes slot 5 is not accessible the first time. Just exit and start again will fix this.
This version has quite a few unused assets (planes and panzer), check out one of my vanilla unlock apk they are much smaller (makes signing faster) and they have some corrections for the permissions. (Idk if I published an XD or XD+ version)
