Pop is a perfectly acceptable word, except in the minds of rednecks. SMH Soda and pop both are fine. What about soft drinks? Is that fine

I don't. Never wanted to. Never felt the temptation to scar my stomach lining every time a small amount alcohol goes into it (leading to ulcers eventually) or to destroy my liver or to lapse in judgement because even a slight buzz is enough to disable the decision processing center in the brain first before anything else is affected by the rising alcohol blood level. Plenty of good reason to not even bother with the drinking. If I drank alcohol, I might as well destroy my lungs with cigarettes too. It's really is the equivalent of smoking cigarettes in terms of lack of positive health benefits and abundance of negative health impacts. It makes sense to me to not drink. *shurgs* literally the same reason why I also don't drink (also given the fact that it's banned in my religion anyway). I can't wear mixed textiles. So no hollister for me.
