Jhansi is stronger, having 3 commanders for 4 archers=14.5 non-commander archers. I have 3 leadership generals, and Blucher to preserve the archers, and Jhansi survives longer than Moctezuma with her plunder. I don't think plunder for archer is always useful (that's why I still haven't maxed Washington Logistics - I notice that most of the time he is busy in the beginning of the round, trying to take most of HP from the dangerous enemies before they attacked). Archer is the unit to attack among the first. At the levels with stronger enemies You would like to debuff everybody around. And archer (especially with the chance of "no retaliation") is the best solution. Plunder is very good but is much more situational than Leadership. You can almost always benefit from Leadership at the enemy You wish. Moreover, 2 archer comander generals is enough to my mind. First You probably won't use it immediately after rage is full due to situation on the map. And while the first comander is in use (and filling the rage bar while in use!), the second one is waiting. After the second one is in use, the first one has 2-3/5 filled the rage bar. So, most of the time You will be under the comander buff with two comander generals. I started to use Li Hongzhang and Nelson and to my mind it is more than enough. P.S.: Why do You say she is stronger? Jhansi is much weaker than Montezuma. Compare their stats. Even not taking into acount Montezuma's healing skill he would be better choice. That is IMO of course. She can recover faster than Moctezuma(183 each kill, all you need is kill 3 units, not that hard right?), stat wise, Jhansi has inspiration, which raises her attack and defense(including those given by equipments) by 15%, you will at least give her a purple weapon, thus all she has which are inferior to Moctezuma are debuff and health. Health issues, as I mentioned, is a matter of kills(you will give her kills, because she has commander) Blucher will also help her preserve her health(with 15% bonus!), leadership we have Barbarossa the EW5 Lannes who can jump into a crowd of enemies and debuff all of them. I'll think more on Moctezuma about how should he contribute to the team.

I see, I'm a little too attack focused. Catherine, Moctezuma, Jebe and Yi Sun-sin are all fine to replace Jhansi.

I think 4 archers is already enough so I go with Saladin. He can be used to clean up damaged units so the archers can focus on targets that are at full health. He does he gains armor skill at lvl 6 which allows him to attack archers without taking much damage. This could work well since archers are the biggest threat to your archer build since they can attack back.

When I am advancing I try to weaken as many enemies as possible with Archers and Barbarossa. Khan is to clear the field. Very often he kills 2-3 enemies per turn. I am trying to use his mobility as much as possible. So for me it is much more important to have debuffer with solid firepower. And even under Inspiration she still has lower damage. Right now I have only Volgograd and Panama on the map, so probably I am looking at Jhansi and Montezuma from the point they could be usefull there. But anyway think about the situation: enemy attacked Jhansi and damaged severely so it become much more difficult to make kills and You need to kill at least 3 units before You match Montezuma's potential. Personally I would prefer that extra health from the beginning. P.S.: I am upgrading Li Hongzhang and Montezuma. And thinking about Yi Sun-sin for Panama.

This wont be given after killing some gents.. or only to 1 general (talking abou logistics) since you wont kill them with 1-10 hits.. u need to keep strong output and health. This is why i got moctezuma.. he gives me health to all my gerberal (120hp a turn) while others do the dirty work

Agree with Singlemalt regarding endgame. Archer has less HP than anyone else. In the endgame You will definetely be wounded very often. And if comparing Jhansi and Montezuma with low HP level.. Montezuma can contribute with Leadership and Healing, while Jhansi will be almost useless in a team with two more archer commanders.

This is why i got moctezuma.. he gives me health to all my gerberal (120hp a turn) while others do the dirty work My point is with Jhansi, it is likely to be sacrificing around 1000 health (assume it triggers 2-3 times) for having 13.5 archers at the time you need. Moctezuma will gain that 1000, but it will only have 9 archers. My point stands for killing the enemy before they attack me more.

Interesting enough, that there is such a dicussion about Jhansi, though Pachacuti has the same set of skills and abilities (and stat. is very close). He has only "Accuracy" instead of "Plunder", but sometimes it is a strengh not a weakness. One more "Archer Commander" to the team... :0) :0) :0)
