Here's a question of my own: hardtech, how did you beef up the AI in your mod? I want to figure out how to do it, but I can't seem to find the right files. Just in btl file,search hex color code such as b4ffdc(USA),the first 0000803f is HP bonus(1x),and the next xxxxxx3f is economic bonus.00000040,00004040,00008040,0000a040,0000c040 stands for 2x,3x,4x,5x,6x and so on. |

Ok thanks for the unlocked apk. I now need to know what software is needed for modding (I know that we need hex and btl editors (I think that's what they are). Are there any else?). First thing I would like to do is add countries and add generals.... In my introduction to modding thread I discuss the required materials. Thanks!
