peter,I did a quick baidu search , turns out there was a hack into the developer team's qq group and the file was stolen. No one really has it rn.

Wasn't there an abandonned WC4 mod resembling to this by any chance? I remembered when I stumbled upon this mod many years ago and used to still waiting for its chance to release
