After several hopeless attempts, I understood that there are no enough turns for releasing all the generals.
So I put Nobunaga & Washington to the first starting point.
Nelson (because of Commander and Longbow) to the second. Built 5 infantry units for support to capture archery later and to spam several archer in order to advance through the bunch of enemies.
Li Hongzhang to the third one. Actually I wasn't able to use him in more or less proper way. He could make his way to the main forces but was almost dead by that time.
And the last general. I understood that will not have enough time to release him, so I put Napoleon and built 2 artillery units to bombard the gates. And 3 more after it was destroyed to support the avance.
After destroying the gates in the south with Nobunaga, Washington and Nelson I ignored all those numerous enemies and advanced to the castle. They are ignoring You, probably because they are defending the green marked artillery general whose death opens the gates for Napoleon.
Two notes:
1) Without Napoleon it is not possible to destroy the fort in time, I tried several times. Not a chance. So I spent several attempts to take Napoleon to te castle. It is not that easy. Those supporting artillery units are helpful, but it is necessary to take one factory on the way. Moreover I used 1 turn of Washington and Nelson to shoot the wall for making passage for Napoleon.
2) Without Washington it would be impossible to get trough all those enemies for my team. I used him as a shield. Due to his Logistics he managed to survive and to take Nelson and almost dead Nobunaga to the destination point. Maybe my team is weak and with gold sets of equipment it would be possible to do that without Washington.
I see only Jhansi with her Plunder as an alternative, but she is a oneshot frag for 2 archer generals holding the passage to the east, so it will be obligatory to use either Paladin or Odin set on her.
That's what I think...
P.S.: I completed the game!
