I havent played the scenario you are showing so I dont know.I seen Russia rated at 5☆ in some years and 2☆ in others.
I was refering to planes though,I think they are OP because there is no reason to use any other generals but airplane generals.
I am playing Quing dynasty that is rated 2☆ in 1911 and basically just steam rolling everything with my planes.

It's not an issue of countering them.
I am saying there is no point in fielding anything but air generals for an easy win.

Exactly..the point is to have fun.My fun would have been higher on this mod if the airplanes didnt have such a huge OP range.
They never run out of fuel.They never need to land on an airport.They can shoot at targets from huge distances.This isnt optimal game mod design imo this isnt the best kind of fun we could be having with this mod.

I can balance lower plane stats for you if you want, and then send you a copy. having more variety of generals keeps your gameplay style free and adaptable to diffrent scenarios say you r on a level that you can't build until the last turn and all you own are are plane gens and no medals. you'd be screwed |
