Caesar with paladin set Nice, although I don't like Caesar (mostly because of the price tag). Would rather take Alex or Barb instead

And who has max level skill? :0) Genghis Khan? Braveness? No Genghis Khan, but I believe that Braveness is important to level up. Gold generals should not be much harder than purple.

Yes, not very expensive (comparing to other “golden” (in all meanings of this word) skills). :0)
Attila is great! I think his Commander skill is an obvious continuation?

By research in Chinese forum, an attack with enemy retaliation gives more rage than the one without, so maxed out braveness might not be too too good(of course maxed out is good for Genghis Khan, Hannibal and Shingen).

Good theory... Maybe even a correct one. But in case of Attila it is of no practical importance. He can refill rage in one turn. Kills give one and more often two rage points. And Attila knows how to kill.

Since Atilla is so vulnerable to archers anyway, I think I'd rather he gets no response, and slightly less rage (which he gets a bunch of anyway) then more rage and much more response. I'm glad Stoic gave his opinion. I don't need much more negativity about Atilla. I welcome your learned opinion of course.

If you want to let a save a kill for other commanders you might not want to have max Braveness(let a heavily damaged inf or sth counter).
