if he's calling it a song, then why are you saying it's a poem? Well there is a huge difference poem doesn't need a music, while song consists from music, whether or not it has any lyrics.

I don't have time to waste on explaining the differences between poems and songs.

I imagine this being sung by Johnny Cash or someone like that. Older Johnny, not young ofc. He road into town without a horse or a name on a stagecoach he came looking full of blame. He came to the tavern without-a money to pay. He came to the tavern with-a hun to tame. He shot that bull man right in the mane, and robbed that fool of mercy or fame. He came to the sheriff all glum one day He said no-sirree I ain't seen no gun He said listen here, you got the wrong man He said listen here, I don't have all day He said listen here, I got a bull thats a runnin He road into town without a horse or a name on a stagecoach he came looking full of shame. That's not a song, for that you need music I actually did right sheet music for it, to be played on lyre.

It's obviously meant to be sung, so's the one at the start of the thread by Bismarck Jr , so it's a song. You're contradicting yourself.

Well I was using Oxford dictionary as it was closer to find definition there, if I would use a music dictionary it would confirm what I stated, Oxford has been simplifying things for years now like their grammatic...

How do you expect us to think of you as a credible person?
