Burn Xbox gives 2-3 free games every month, better than the stream sales So I'm looking at those free games... I wouldn't buy any of them. Steam sales allow you to buy whatever you want for much cheaper than console. Plus all multiplayer is free so even if you don't want games you can still play multiplayer without paying money. Also, a pc is a pc. You can do whatever you want on it. Xbox, you can play video games, watch movies, and watch Netflix. Pretty clear which platform is better.

CONSOLE MASTER RACE! even though my Xbox had became trash now ad its an extinct thing but still. Doesn't matter which type of Xbox you got, or even which console. My PC would make it cry in jealousy of its specs. And... it's just a middling crap level laptop, dating from 2012 or so, pre-owned. With just a mere 4 GB RAM and a basic graphics card, it blows every console even so. Imagine what a real gamer's laptop would look like in comparison to any console!

I disapprove of you calling Xbox for the poor, sir! The Nintendo is for the poor (Only good series they have are Bayonetta and Mario, let's face it) Dissent! Nintendo consoles (post-N64) has gone the route of being Apple-like, trying to tout themselves as the elite fancy toys. Ironically, a Macbook is roughly equally useful and incompatible like a Wii. Nothing but an overpriced fancy toy. Nintendo is for the rich and wasteful now (not counting the epic games in the past) PC on the other hand, the uber-tool of the thrifty class. I own maybe over 200 games and each one of them has been obtained freely (after their copyright expires ofc) or via rummages. You would be surprised how much can be found that works fine on a PC (with right programs ofc like emulators). And with know-how, it's easy to get good parts cobbled together at the equivalent price of a console but ending up surpassing any console in sheer graphical processing and power stats. Then invest in a couple of a few high-end games that are mod-friendly (leading to almost limitless hours of replay). Try say THAT about a console, more limited options in game selection and weaker processing power The PC Masterace, enough proof, enough said. *cough* Remember how I talked about Vicky 2? And Civ V? I am one of PC master race and Xbox master race. Think of it as dual citizenship.

I used to be all console when I was younger. First, I had a WII and a Nintendo DS, I typically played the Mario games, which are still incredibly fun. I later upgraded to WII U and then also Nintendo 3DS, and many of my favorite games are on there, Luigi's Mansion, Mario 3D World, Mario Galaxy, Splatoon, etc. etc. I also own a Gamecube and an N64, gamecube actually being my preferred console above all.
Nowadays, I'm more onto PC, Im on steam a lot, I LOVE Verdun, Victoria 2 and HOI3, plus EU4 and the Escapists are incredible as well.
And then mobile games such as Commander: The Great War, EW4, WC3, etc. etc. are also gr8.
Favorite game...eh, hard to say. Id have to divide it up like this:
Favorite Console Game: Super Mario 64 DS (It just adds in more features, but the original is top notch as well) Favorite PC Game: Victoria 2 Favorite Mobile Game: Commander: The Great War
I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend these games. You can probably get Mario 64 on an emulator, and both Vicy2 and Commander are both available on the App Store.
