These are the nations small enough to have 2: Castille (cannot be had with Aragon) Aragon (cannot be had with Castille) Austria (cannot be had with Genoa or Venice) Genoa (cannot be had with Venice, Austria, or the Papal States) Venice (cannot be had with Austria, Genoa, or the Papal States) Papal States (cannot be had with Genoa or Venice) France Scotland Is this merging the countries together or just the same player having two countries? Personal Union, so it's one player running two countries.

It starts at the year 1180, around April 8th IRL I can join, but can you postpone the start a bit? I have debate competitions at that time until April 11th. I can suspend crusading for the first 5 years. That would allow you to catch up on backlogged turns. Would that be satisfactory?

As Venice I don't particularly mind which country I get (well I would have taken Papal States but I'm prohibited from that).

That will be interesting... if he takes Scotland... it will be just creepy-weird... Scotland - vassal of England but owned by France Aquitaine, Normandy, Anjou - vassals of France but owned by England It's like "I'm your king, you're a lord under me!" "NO, I'm the king and you're the lord!" "No, it's me!" "NO!" "ME!" "NO!" "ME!"

include Libya in it too. That's almost all of the North African coastline. Which is a bit too much.

He isn't even playing? Bruh? Well it would benefit the Moslems side if you're the Almohads instead of puny Syria. Who else is going to hold back the crusader horde?

Who else is going to hold back the crusader horde? 1) its Muslim. Not "Moslem". 2) I'll keep both of them. This thing isn't starting at least till June which gives me enough time to think if I want to keep both of leave one of them

Both Catholics and Moslems were extremely violent. There was a lot of bad things happening during the Crusades to both sides. It's pretty different now in the modern world for most countries nowdays.

Napoleon Bonaparte, kinda related... You will be happy to hear that I have a save on my laptop, playing as the Ottomans for EU3. I've vassalized 99% of the middle east, and expanded into Europe quite far. I control about 98% of Italy and half of Germany, and all of Hungary (however... Austria is still alive because he keeps jump into my wars against the other Catholic countries and I can't take lands from him without getting too much infamy). I'm hovering VERY high on infamy because I swallowed up like 20 different countries in 75 years of near-constant wars. From 1525 to 1600, I think I had about 15 wars. I did smash whoever had allied with my target quite a lot. Few times, I had to fight Bohemia, France, Austria, England, AND Spain! It was brutal, trying to fight back against all of those Europeans. Maintaining a land tech level similar to them did help me a lot, plus I plundered a lot by demanding gold from the enemy's allies and force them to leave my wars. I have about 200,000 soldiers and 120 ships (both huge ships and galleys). The next biggest army in the world is Ming with only 120,000. Most of the big European powers have about 35,000 to 70,000 each. I've converted half of my Italian lands to Sunni, and all of my South Germany lands are now fully islamized.
