I am still alive, apparently. Guess I just have to accept my on/off relationship with this forum. The reason I left for like 5 months was that I had exams, thenvI discovered EU4, and you can guess the rest of the story from here. P.s I want to apologize to Desophaeus , for absolutely ditching his RP a while ago. I know better now and I will not involve myself in things I cant actually participate in. I just never saw you messages, I probably had the forum opened in one of my 50 windows for a while, sorry about that. August von Mackensen? Until I remembered that, I had almost no clue who you were. 500+ posts, but most importantly once named Fredrick the Great? Spooky. The one clue was that you ditched the RP. Remembered that happening. |

In the future, if you DO have something that came up, it's always better to inform the GM that you need to step down from your position at the table. You could explain why if you like to, but the very minimum should be at least some kind of a message to notify. The GM can rearrange things in the RP by either removing that spot from the game or find a replacement, then he can continue to moderate the RP with the rest of the players on a less rough note than a sudden disappearance without an explanation. Of course if you actually lost your connection to the internet completely, that can't be helped, the disappearance without notifying. I had a personal experience on that end myself during last December, brutal. I hope you can participate in the future if possible! |

Frederick the Great, I know but he didnt always do it that way, there was a transition period,at some point in the past he went from "almost never do it to "do it all the time". Where is his past avatar critic ? Also i think it logical that in changing to so many new avatars that there would have been higher chance of triggering either a positive or negative reaction and a poll. Plus both extremes should be equally "poll worthy" in a sense since both are equally outliers, they are just in opposition,the ones who never do it and the ones who over-do it. @coolguy14, also almost forgot..what are we doing with your title? You want [Group Leader] or [Accomplished Author] For both [RP] group leaders the current color selected is 0b9cee from the color pallet if you guys prefer something else let me know.

 Easytech makes Conrad sound like a very good general As for Conrad, one of my favorite subject of conversation, he certainly had a bit of merit of merit as a military theorician, having written a few books on the subject. However, he is the epitome of the "energic and dumb" commander that should not be anywhere near the high command. He was just way too forceful on issues and he had a bad case of "nationalist arrogance". |
