Real subtle, mate. Real subtle You got me there. The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start. That has comedic value and a decent amount of words, so it's tolerable

In typography, a page header (or simply header) is text that is separated from the main body of text and appears at the top of a printed page. Word processing programs usually provide for the creation and maintenance of page headers, which are often the same from page to page, with merely small differences in information, such as page number. In publishing and certain types of academic writing, a running header or running headline is a header that appears on each page. Typical running heads in a book might consist of the book title on the left-hand (verso) page, and the chapter title on the right-hand (recto) page, or chapter title on the verso and subsection title on the recto. In academic writing, the running head usually contains a page number and the author's last name or an abbreviated version of the title.

I have my own spam called "Eisenhower Spam:" I just post a reply to everything with how I feel about it... It works surprisingly well.

I'm just kidding, I totally used this...

Another possible "Eisenhower Spam," is a reply to the same post twice, but spaced out, with slightly different wording...

I have my own spam called "Eisenhower Spam:" I just post a reply to everything with how I feel about it... It works surprisingly well. First I was intrigued at the title of the Spam. Then I read about successful spam that uses feelings. I felt that was anti-climatic. However, the question of the name still stands. He was previous Eisenhower, correct? Or is this a facet of the U.S general and president? No, it must be a tie to his previous incarnation. Smothered by Caesar and LEE STRONK REMOVE EISEN JK I LOVE YOU EISEN PLS GIB ARLINGTON CLAY BACK

It also is the name where I dealt the most "Eisenhower Spam." I learned his history, and where he dealt the most spam. As its named after it, is logical. No likes for my arlington reference yet. So sad. I learned his Life-story, and where he dealt the most pain. As its named after his nom du guerre, is reasonable. No likes for my reference to polandball yet. Sad.

Another possible "Eisenhower Spam," is a reply to the same post twice, but spaced out, with slightly different wording... Another probable method of spamming is to reply to the same post with different wording and spacing.
