All of a sudden now I am able to receive more resources for missions. Why is this and how do I raise it further?

All of a sudden now I am able to receive more resources for missions. Why is this and how do I raise it further? Your resources increases automatically when your HQ is upgraded to a certain level. In case of missions assigned to you. It is also dependent on how difficult is that mission |

Umm okay. Well it's a substantially increased amount where I was only getting around 1200 for a 120 something day one.
Now it's around 2200 for a 98 day one.
I was thinking because I completed one of the 'break through encirclement' campaigns its advancing the amount I earn?
I am HQ level 80.

Level 80 is the first level when you start to get many resources. At level 90 this amount will almost double.
