Hi,
I had to factory-reset my mobile, and therefore lost all progress and princesses in EW4. Sad thing, but easy (more or less) to do again.
However, for EW5, I thought the restore button should work. I supposed I could use the 32 digit ID number written below the shop ribbon. I installed EW5 again, but the restore button don't work.
But I have to admit that the lost of EW4 princesses matters more for me than EW5 progress...

The restore button is for IAP purchases

When I was in the store, I cliked on restore because I didnt know what it does, and when I clicked it, everything that was in the store appeared like it was bought and I have all the staff from the store, Napoleon, Washington gengishkan and I have 40.000 medals Im so worried because It didnt ask me for a pin to buy, but when I looked in the email nothing bought appeared and in the play store doesnt appear anything too. Im scared about how much money I spent or if its just an error. Help me please. Im from Spain sorry my English. I havent touched anything yet in the game, Im scared that if I touch it I have to buy it. Please answer as fast as you can. Dont ban me pls I love the game and I didnt know what the buttons could do.
