Which country is better to play as to get Eisenhower in 1861 in BJ's Mod: USA or CSA? I highly doubt if it's the Sioux, but correct me if I'm wrong.

Personally I find CSA easier, because of Lee vs Lincoln (Some inf gen vs Jackson), and because I like to not have to deal with a lot of Sioux. 2. I'm not that sure if Eisenhower is in v.1.5. as a princess gen, seeing as they've changed... |
