I have seen this quite some times while i was here(one whole day ) so i guess it is something important or noteworthy saving/loading. To do it in any game that allows manual saving (everything before EW4, and a lot of not-Easytech video games), do this: 1. Save your game before something important (e.g. you have a general with assault art, and you want it to trigger). 2. Do the important thing (e.g. using general) 3. If important thing ended up well (your assault art triggered! Yay!), save and keep playing. 4. If important thing did not end well (assault art did not trigger ), go back to step 2 and repeat until it is satisfactory.

Leon the Napoleon it is very useful when facing powerful enemies or rushing for Lan and Victoria. You can bend the circumstances to your favor.
