Norway is difficult to play because :
- Minimum gain of resources
- Sweden is more powerful than Norway
- Industry not very well located
- Can be invaded early by Germany
Maybe try to defend yourself in the first rounds then try to attack in further rounds (I tried to play Norway but more difficult than Sweden)

I have the full game, and this indeed is a great game to play in my free time. My favorite is to play in asia because of the diversity and challenge between nations. However, the game could be polished. To be fair, it is an old game.

I want to rebegin this conversation, but I wanna say something about a game also in the Strategy and Tactics games, the USSR vs USA one. To be honest, I feel like the game was never completed, like it only has 5 scenarios (SPOILERS): World War III (USSR), Better Dead than Red (USA), New Swabia (USA), The Last Rise (USSR) and The Reds in the UK (USSR), but the game has 2 campaigns for the USSR and USA and the Multiplayer Conquests are from WWII Strategy and Tactics, to be honest they should add more scenarios that primarily have focuses not on the US and USSR and on other countries (like Britain, China and Australia) and original multiplayer conquests from the Cold War with the World War III scenarios. But that's just me

The end of the campaign for the USA ends with them repelling the soviet invasion and it implies there will be a future campaign in Europe. |

There is now a S&T Sandbox 2 in the Play Store. It's still a beta, though. Link to play store's developer page (I couldn't link directly to the game) I didn't like much the first game, but this one seems to have more features and improved diplomacy system. best75, maybe you are interested, since you posted many screenshots of the first game here  Also Manfred von Richthofen since you've posted here recently |
