Hello, recently, I've been thinking of restarting my WC3. I am unable to advance any further in both resources (I can't produce enough industry/gears. I have unlocked wonders (even a medal wonder), but those built can't help me significantly in advancing any further) and conquests (finished everything except for the aliens). I only have default generals (3 generals: Chinese Captain (Level 3 infantry only), German Captain (Level 4 Armor), and Soviet Major (Level 4 Artillery)) I've unlocked a medal wonder, but can't build it (due to lack of industry).
I'm not sure what to do. I feel like I shouldn't because of the "great" progress that I made and that I could turn things around, but at the same time, I feel as if I'm trapped...

Well, have you tried the silver and gold levels in the campaigns?
You can also go for conquest, as weak nation, loads of industry can be produced then.
Honestly, I don't know too much about the EC generals (the upgraded ones). It would be helpful to know which output or survivability skills they have.

Oh yeah, about the silver and gold levels, I'm not able to complete much since my generals are really terrible... Another thing is I've seen the potential in my default generals so I kept upgrading them. The only things that can give you industry is the 1939, 1975 (the  ? Level), missions (campaign), and certain wonders. And my generals were only upgraded for artillery, armor and infantry, nothing more, nothing less. So no skills or anything lol |

So no skills or anything lol To be honest, I would recommend restarting. The best way to go in terms of spending medals from the beginning is buying Badoglio or immediately Guderian. You have spent a lot on the ECs, and those are medals you cannot get back. At this point I've had to restart three times for different reasons, and its pretty boring in the beginning but also fairly rewarding because you get to start with a clean slate. So just keep in mind, spend as little medals and industry/energy as possible. |
