I just reviewed the trailer for WC4 and it looks like that they've done the "ally messing up your territory" problem (In the part where a Soviet tank attacks a German troop, there can be seen a Finnish unit) |

Sunset Invasion (a CKII dlc that included a alternate history of Aztecs invading Europe) actually did happen! Cristoforo Colombo was a badass siege machine! Anything under the equator didn't exist! The Incas were expert seafarers who conquered most of Polynesia! Vikings also existed until the 19th century! Carthage also existed until the 19th century! Manifest destiny is a thing! The Germanic Migration didn't happen and the Romans just imploded by themselves! Ancient Egypt also existed until the 19th century! Lincoln was the marshal of the US army! |

When a city falls, the entire province falls as well. No more bordergore now, until you realise Finland's been sending troops to capture cities in front of you, so there's patches of Finland inside a German Empire. Also Spain just conquered Sweden. |

At least the game has some comedy (the funny errors) besides all the blank territory in WC3, that was not funny
