Sudden flashback to the time when I was in seventh grade and in geography I would be basically teaching my teacher and all the girls would be super pissed seeing that a guy took the lead from them. Ah yes, good old times! All the way back in 6th grade history class the teacher would always divide the girls vs. Boys for the history and geography quizzes. Jeopardy style. After carrying my team for most of the games and still losing I eventually just defected to the girls side. |

If you recall Napoleon Bonaparte that the staff very often emphasize that our primary role is to serve and facilitate the membership in participation in both the gaming and social arena..now that doesnt sound like elitism to me. If there is pesantry to be found in EFC then I think we the staff has a done a terrific job at making sure we are part of that too. I'll grab my tools and start working the land that's cool   *Is fed grapes like Greek god* Not being a moderator feels great. yeah, less things (or actually almost no things) to worry about. |

The Rockets are going to play the Thunder in a few hours. The series is currently 2-1 in favor of the Rockets, hopefully they can make it 3-1 today.
If you aren't familiar with NBA playoffs, there are 16 teams. 8 from the west and 8 from the east. The western teams will battle it out and the eastern team will also. The only time a west team will face an east team is in the NBA Finals.
Two of the eight teams will go against each other based on season record. Houston finished around 55-27 and OKC finished around 45-37. Therefore, the Rockets came into the playoffs 3rd seeded and the Thunder came in 6th seeded. That's how they got matched up.
It's a Best of 7 series. So if a team reaches 3 wins you probably are going to lose. Although 3-1 leads have been blown before.
Ask the Warriors. *cough* Finals *cough*
Also the Cavaliers came back from a 26 point defecit. They won by 5. 26 plus 5 is 31.
Warriors blew a 3-1 lead.

During the "recent" war him and his mother were in their garden/orchard or whatever, and just after they left grenades blew it up. He mentioned I think, that the Canadians peacekeepers gave out candy. One of his relatives got hit by TWO HUNDRED pieces of shrapnel and survived. |
