Ah yes. A revisit to the dark ages of the forum. What was that, January-March 2016? You mean, the Golden Days. I still find it hilarious to have an army of Batten spammmers, so I'll keep it going for longer. Another mission on the books is the Vader Race, featuring Batten vs Lannes vs Napoleon (@khurramzafar ) ayyy the good times!  Newer people won't know the struggle to get the Vader rank, back when it was just introduced. |

I played a bit and got you (well, it was a save of the earlier version, which I already had Sophia). You're pretty decent, but unfortunately my playstyle doesn't fit well with your portrayal in the mod. You have Architecture, Defense Art, and Surprise, and pretty decent stars.  I've got Desophaeus and Gorby besides you, and you're probably the second strongest in the bunch. Admittedly, beating Gorby is easy. Deso's skill set is great. He just needs Geography/Assault Art and I'd dare say he'll be the best cav gen in-game. I had to leave some cheese for Dombrowski, Lasalle, Bessieres, and enhanced Gouvion St. Cyr. Which conquest did you do? Europe 1777, I think. I did Britain in 36 turns. |

I don't think Greek cavalry were very strong before Alexander's companions but whatever. Sad. You have the same skills as me, only you also get Strike AND Spy. Surely that easily beats my defense art? I think Byz should have got 2 navy stars, since all my other stars are at least 2, and IRL Byzantines were good at navy. Even if they don't deserve 5 stars, they earn 2. Edit: no infantry stars, but so? the only problem with that is the Byzantines had infantry, but of course its not based on that anyway. If I manage to get this game, going to play with myself, even if I'm weak. Could get Bismarck Jr and make countryball team...nah. Since he is infantry, I wonder if he still beats me? Got better stars and skills, even though he is infantry. So, Laurent de Gouvion , are you going to regroup my guy, since you say he ain't your style? Somebody should rank the princesses. I'm certainly going to get Frederick the Great as my naval general. |

Fred will become inf-art in 0.3, and Gorby will be replaced by Batten, a pure Navy guy with laser-focused skills
