Doesn't matter what year your clock is running at, Imperial RomeBall . It means absolutely nothing, except how long the game was running on your phone's screen. Well its running constantly right? Seems like the most reasonable, or accurate way to tell you how long I've been doing this playthrough. Less than a day I believe I'd had it. I have the experience of hundreds of years in game, but the generals of 3. If I have over 30 turns left, perhaps I get the wonder. Imagine the Axis wonder is going to be WAY harder. You never played WC3's 1939 conquest before? Axis is way easier to achieve under 65 turns than the Allies, especially when you picked Japan 1939.

I've gotten the medals from all the conquests, even the Alien conquest which seems so impossible at the start, wonder how hard its gonna be this time. The only things left when my android tablet died was the last 4 alien levels, and the final, alien levels of those special missions (rescue your ally and what-not) Hmm. I remember the Axis conquests being considered tougher for some reason. Maybe it was actually WTO but I doubt that. Was going to do it with Japan anyway, but if its actually easier I'll do it next. My campaign progress so far is up to Kursk and Barbarossa. Can't wait to get move ability again, let alone the guy who does Artillery ability. My only upgraded unit is the French eye-cover. Got 2 plain stars and captain. Planning to make em a artillery General while I save for Guderian.

You mean a good run for the City of Cuzco wonder? Or the Poland? Normally, Poland is supposed to die within 15 turns but occasionally the German AI just screws it up. I have seen Poland surviving well into the 100s once! I was auto-playing if you're wondering. Yeah for Poland. Thats why I tagged our resident Polen. If you were auto-playing, shouldn't Poland die quicker, not last for THAT long? Wonder run? Don't think its gonna happen but I just started playing anyway. My year right now is 1942. Japan has 4 cities left so thats good. Spain has 3 left. Africa is free. However Itay has its 2 northern cities and Athens, while Germany owns Munich, Vienna, Prague, and all the cities east of Berlin (mine now) to Moscow which just defended itself. Well not quite- Novikov and friends are defending Kiev. On my 31st turn so if my memory is right I got 34 turns left to do it. Am I doing ok for somebody who only owns Crerar and is in 1942? Not my first time around of course. Thought I'd try out the only best general from my Country. firstly I thought Crerar was Canadian secondly yes that sounds great. after playing a lot of the game myself I would have opted for a better general but going great for you right now. (I've never had that luck before of polen surviving for so long.) I played polen once in the LIP GOS mod but only had vinella generals and beat Germany in 40 odd turns (no ion cannon) but I returned later in the game and annihilated them in 20 turns also do you think I'm polish?

Crerar IS Canadian. I was joking that Simmonds doesn't exist. Slightly rude since he's a real guy. Yeah even with the 4 plain stars he isn't perfect. However my first playthrough was with Meyer, so he should carry me a bit farther? I remember you saying you are British. That doesn't mean that you can't be Polish, but it makes it less likely. (wikipedia says 1.4% of the British population is Polish) You are our resident polenball regardless.

You know, its pretty silly to me that Ferdinand VII in this leader poll got the same amount of votes as Arthur Wellesley, Duke of Wellington.
Ferdinand VII was a horrible king and leader, yet he is as voted as the Duke of Wellington?
At least Wellington had a leadership style. Unheroic Leadership lol.

Blucher won because of the parentheses saying that he wasn't a leader.

I can understand Kahia. In the annals of EFC he has attained godhood. He is like Blucher but doesn't need parentheses. Edit: BTW I'm the only one who chose Wellington. Even if he is an inferior choice he deserves at least one vote.

No, but given a nominal choice and a troll choice... the baser side of people comes out and crowns the troll choice with more votes, simple really. I voted for Washington btw. 'USA But honestly, American coolness beside... Washington was still a great leader by his own merits, founding father or not.

I'm not asking that Wellington beat Blucher, the troll option or even without. I'm asking that Wellington beat the fool whose kingship was only saved by Wellington in fact. History says that Wellington is much more invaluable than Ferdinand.

Even if his flagrant self-promotion was taken into account (dropping in the ranks of British leaders considerably), it's still Wellington > Ferdinand, agreed.
