That is the difference- While Greece succeeds in appearing richer per person, it may not actually be. However, USA debt is 44,000 per person, while Greece is 20,000 per person. They are often compared, but USA is still in better shape though for multiple reasons, such as who the debt is owed to, and the control over and value of the nations currency. My point, is that nobody would argue that USA is not a Rich country, particularly compared to a tiny one, just because of its debt and what-not. Greece is a major balkan country despite its issues. Sealand is a fort. Luckily for Sealand forts can hoard money. |

I thought he might be talking of Napoleon, but its just as or more likely he means an IRL friend who died recently. Bismarck Jr, recently somebody I know died as well, but it wasn't nearly as strong a connection. My condolences to you. |

IIRC, 80% of a large population sample tends to fall within a range from 90 to 110 IQ. So 110 would be relatively smart, smarter than everyone in a room for normal conditions, but not smarter than a genius. |
