In a few weeks I will be releasing a ton of modding guides that teach me about modding. I will putting a link and telling what it based on.
I will include the country codes and the hex codes of cities.

I'm going to include a hex map of the world.
It will be easier for modders to find the coordinates for non root user.

Maybe tonight I will be adding the county codes and flag code. Some of them were not right so I been fixing it.
