I did it like this: moved all forces West and than North to Minsk. While slow forces went to Minsk, I captured unnamed city in Northwest corner to prevent new aliens spawning. Than I proceeded to Moscow. Sure, by that time and forth I built as many nukes as possible. After capturing Moscow I sent one tank gen to capture Yekaterinburg with support of nuke (if he dies inside the city, that's not a problem) and all others went to attack tower next to Saratov as much as possible and than I finished it with nukes. Finally I just bombarded with nukes tower in eastern side. This strategy let me get 3 stars on all levels. If your gen can escape from Yekaterinburg, he can attack eastern tower to make it cheaper to bombard.

Gentlemen, it's been an honor serving along side you. I finally finished the Alien campaign! Yay Thanks Max Otto von Stierlitz for explaining how to do Joint Counterback, after I had given up! As for Light of Victory, here's what I did: 3 super tanks with Patton, Eisenhower (he's tougher than he looks) and Guderian. 2 Artilleries for Mainstein and Bai C. X. (Spawned around round 5). Rocket Artillery for Govorov. Used Hydrogen Bomb on the base in Missouri first, then antimatter bomb in the one in Texas. Units south took Texas and ended the base in that state, the one's north attacked the base in Missouri, then all of them attacked this in order, and together (except Bai C. X., he defended NYC): Florida, DC, base near DC, NYC, Ottawa, tower near Ottawa, Toronto, base in North Quebec, city in North Quebec, then go south to mop up the remainders. And made nukes every time I could; used them on the bases, and then on the carriers.

I used: Eisenhower Manstein Zhukov America-5 Star Tank-230 HP-Lv 2 Blitzkrieg,Mountains,AA,Defense, Lv 3 Panzer Leader Konev-Marshal HP Govorov-Marshal HP You have EC with 5 tank stars, mountain fighting, shelter expert/camouflage, defence tactic and panzer leader? Sell him and create a new one, even losing 20% medals you can make much better gen, but this one can't become notably stronger. For example, 560 medals worth panzer leader gives you approx. a bit less than 2 damage per shot, mountain fighting can bu used quite rare, shelter/camo is useless against aliens and defence is not so useful too. Also fourth and fifth tank star is too expensive to get is before other cheaper skills. Start with the following: 3 tank stars, 1 movement, and 170 HP. After that upgrade the following: tank stars, HP, plain fighting, explosives, supply, blitzkrieg and tide of iron. Upgrade next the cheapest of these upgrades (not 100% the best strategy, but quite good and easy to follow, also you can add movement when needed). In fact, after you have some 200 hp, 4 tank stars and lv3 skills it's better to start building second EC. And also against aliens art gen is much better, so I advice you to make art not tank gen, just replace tank stars with art, tide of iron with artillery barrage and blitzkrieg with street fighting. He'll be real beast fighting towers in field art from nearby city. Also he'll be able to defend cities very good, especially if you have good supply tech level.

I do have an arty general, but he's got bad skills. 3 arty and momvent stars, level 3 arty leader, lvl 1 artillery barrage, explosive, and shelter expert, and levels 2 camo. Up: ok, I've updated them both, Europe is 3 star arty with lvl 3 arty barrage, street fighting, and supply, and lvl 2 plain fighting and explosive. America is lvl 4 with lvl 3 blitz, lvl 2 supply, and lvl 1 explosive, tide of iron and plain fighting. I ran out of medals. Also, which 3 generals should I use first?

2 super tanks for Manstein and Zhukov, field art for EC, rocket art for Govorov. These 4 are ok. Than you can start with something like commando for Konev and heavy tank for Eisenhower. And don't forget to move your EC to the city, from which he can attack nearby tower and build nukes as many as possible. In case your gen will not be able to kill tower from city, than attack tower with Govorov keeping light infantry in nearby city (tower will attack city not Govorov if he's standing out of city). Not the best crew, but this have to work.
In general, it was not good idea to make tank EC before your art EC has all skills at lv3, that was not good idea to buy 4th tank star for tank EC now, for example, for the same price you could raise plain fighting to lv3 and explosives to lv2, which give you 18 damage against cities and 10 damage against others. Lv4 tank gives only 4 extra damage. And also that was not good idea to leave plain fighting and explosives at lv2 while upgrading other skills. These skills are most useful.

Fixed Arty General, but why do I put Zhukov on Tank? Also, do I use nukes on Moscow, and what should I fire Ion cannon on first? Up: LOL, Did it 33 Turns XD. Not my best but It works

Zhukov on tank just because he's the best you have for 2nd tank and you have two supertanks from the very beginning. Yes, he's a bit better in art (but not very good anyway), but building art costs 200 gold, so it's better if you can not to do this. Nukes were supposed for everything after Moscow. In fact your goal is to capture Moscow with initial forces and as fast as you can (to get more gold). If you don't have troops left after that, for bronze level it have to be enough to continue with nukes to bombard towers and PMI+nukes/missiles to capture Yekaterinburg. Also try not to lose Eisenhower before capturing Moscow, as he'll be able to launch missiles (to kill some ufo when you don't have troops any more), strategic bombers (for nearby tower) from Moscow very nice. Also if any lone spaceship (not ufo) attacks your city and you don't have troops to defend it, consider, whether it is worth to defend it or may be you can just build light infantries there in order not to allow the spaceship take the city.
