-Guiding and helping to build our gaming community from obscurity to a main stream forum.Thanks google search!  -Establishing a good team of past and present staff that strives to serve the community. -Having a positive influence on several members. (not universal I know..but not for a lack of trying 🍻 ) -Leading a community with an extremely low rate of perma bans relative to its size. We aim to please! 💆 (If at all possible). I would also very much like to emphasize that often times it takes a long time for members to get a clear huge achievement of any kind but even if that never happens consider that your personality and posts often affect others without you knowing about it. This happens a lot in RL too, sometimes you can say something without even giving it a second thought and a year or two later that person that you spoke to (or a different person that overheard you) tells you that your statements triggered something in them and that they changed for the better because of the words you spoke or wrote! |
