european-war-4.boards.net/thread/4055/unlocked-wc3-apkGo to the APK. To edit borders to go a hex editor open conquest 1002 for 1943. Change amount of columns to 132 and look to the far right, you should eventually see a map of the world. Click a region and look at the hex, you will see something like 00 if england ones it, 01 for france etc. Just change that number to whatever the countries territory code is. Make sure to click into the hex so that you are editing the hex and not decimal on the right. How does that column thingy work on phone version of hex editor? |
