Hello, I'm new to modding and I have read some relevant modding threads about WC3 already. I've installed the cracked apk of WC3 already, but I still don't know the basic things like hex mapping. I don't understand how hex mapping works (for example I want to make Netherlands have Indonesia in 1939, what do I do?). I installed a hex editor and I opened the conquest file 1001btl. I didn't understand it, even after reading some threads.
I don't know how to make new custom countries but I want to make them. I couldn't find a specific thread about that so if someone knows how, please tell me.
There's also an another thing I want to do, I don't really like the alien conquest and I want to replace it or make a new conquest.
I also don't know how to change sides: for example Iraq and Iran join axis in 1943. I'm very inexperienced at this moment in WC3 modding, I would like to know how you add units in conquests and generals on units in conquests, I also really want to add cities but I don't know how.
In the future I would like to do the following things: Fix and make some things more historical accurate because easytech clearly made some mistakes.
Make Netherlands have Indonesia instead of the UK because they controlled Indonesia in 1939 and 1943 in real.
Add South Vietnam and North Vietnam to 1960 conquest or an another one.
Add South American nations like Venezuela, Peru, Ecuador.
Make the UK own the Palestine region and that France owns Syria instead of Egypt because they controlled those countries are supposed to have those areas because they owned those areas in real in 1939 and 1943.
Add Middle Eastern countries after the WW2 period.
Add new generals for WW2 and the Cold War period.
Make Japan own the Shanghai region and Peking region, some region around Hong Kong but make the UK only have the city Hong Kong, the cities Nanking and Wuhan, change the capital to Chongking in 1939, there are much inaccurate stuff that easytech has put in the conquest. I have checked geacron.com/home-en/?&sid=GeaCron176783.
Changing some sides like the Axis Balkan powers (Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary), Spain (Officially neutral but I will keep them in 1943) and Thailand in 1939 to neutral because they were neutral in 1939 in history, they joined the Axis 1941 or later.
To balance things in 1939, I'd like to add generals and troops for the Axis.
Add the Baltic countries in 1939, they were indepedent back then but they were annexed after 1941.
Add more cities.
Optional (Make new units if possible and making the map bigger, (includes adding land and other things) if that is possible).
I am aware that this will take some time but I still want to do this (I also currently have a school break of 2 weeks so I have alot of time), I will need some help so if someone is interested in helping me teach the things I have mentioned above the to-do in the future list.
I also figured some handy things out already in Commandersettings.json

I don't know what they mean with quality in the commandersettings.json file, for example Manstein has quality:5.
Please don't hate me if you see any spellings mistakes because my first language isn't English but Dutch.
