When I was using the hex editor guide that snaily put out, I was trying to see if I could make the USSR own America. I changed all the 1f hexes I could find and changed them to 13. When I came into the game the USSR had been given the poland flag.
So I have 2 questions..... Ich habe zwei fragen.
A. How do I replace all the 1fs with 13s, Im using hex editor on android
B. How do i open the full armysettings.json with total commander, for some reason it only loads part of it.
