A new member of the forum made a turn thread. european-war-4.boards.net/thread/5908/turns-thread-civil-war-rpMe and perhaps most have not done it yet. I should gather info on Louisiana. Note that the Unionists have already made military moves and raised over 100,000 troops. That many from New York alone. Interestingly that was the initial amount raised in the war, but I find it realistic enough to occur merely from New York. |

Well I don't have experience but I've been lurking on this forum for almost a year now, have seen people complain that if posts having vital game information (like these) are left on their own they'll eventually just be piled upon by useless posts. |

They wanted peace, some at the cost of letting secession, but they were pro-Union. To the Southern Governors, do note that the Corwin Amendment is a Constitutional Amendment. Not even Lincoln could repeal it. No Amendment has been repealed (OOC: Discounting the 18th, which happened after ACW). With the South's power in the Congress, slavery shall remain. |
