Eh? Why are we having peace conference already? I throught you guys were going to start the civil war. Not necessarily, NPC states remain even if all player states accept peace. But NPCs can't really do anything since they are NPCs. Its up to the players to drive the war forward.

Anyway, it could still be a war....Union and Reunion players attack Confederate NPCs lol? Or turn after turn of attempted negotiation into reunion, but like anybody is going to wait that long. Will still be one-sided though. Player: you NPCs suck and we are going to defeat you! Confederate NPC 6: Player: oh you really have it coming now

Pennsylvania 1861 Yaaay, Lincoln has been elected. we can free those poor slaves now. Some time later...... WHAT the South has left the Union? 80,000 men are raised. 20,000 are sent to defend DC, 30,000 are sent to the Pennsylvania-Virginia border east of Washington DC. 3 columns of 10,000 men each march into West Virginia. Rolling if we encounter any resistance at all. Under an eight means the Confederates try to stop us. Column A 7 Column B 10 Column C 10 Group A does battle with the Confederates. A seven to win. 11 The rebels are kicked out of WV. 500 Union troops die. Western Virginia is occupied by 29,500 union soldiers. We prepare for any raids or invasions. Yeah, I believe the US made just over 40 during the war. Or rather that was how many it had at the end.
The CSA wasn't super far behind, but regardless I'd say drop it to a couple this year at most?

Even thats a big number, especially since the war isn't full scale yet and Ironclads are new things.

Regarding development of ironclads, maybe roll for it, and for the number of ironclads developed for good measure.

FYI I'll by joining this soon albeit in a less involved fashion in the from of Britian/Canada. I may possibly become involved in the war though won't have much involvement. I have spoken to da boss, Bismarck Jr about this and he is ok.

I have spoken to da boss, Bismarck Jr about this and he is ok. And yet when I asked him about playing Canada, as was a possibility at the beginning, I got no response...
