Advice required for my mod: One mission features a 3-way alt-hist fight following Napoleon's abdication. The 3 factions are: Monarchists/Coalition, led by Soult and Wellington, including Perignon, Oudinot, and Marmont Hardcore Bonapartists: Led by Napoleon's brothers, also Murat Republicans: Led by Davout. Also includes Suchet
Anyway, I'd like for you guys to suggest generals for the factions. Here is what it looks like now:
So can y'all classify the following: Lefebvre St. Cyr Ney Mortier Dombrowski Massena Suchet Augereau Drouot Victor-Perrin Kellermann

I would say Dombrowski goes with Coalition. As for the other's, maybe Drouot and Massena goes with Bonapartists?

Come to think of it, maybe including Dombrowski isn't so fitting, as he wasn't a French general or Marshal. I'm not sure about Massena being Bonapartist, or joining anyone for that matter

I'm not so sure Dabrowski is a problem.
IRL he threw his lot in with Napoleon, and did so faithfully. This is because he was trying to get support for Polish independence, which somewhat worked.
Once France was finally defeated, he became a leader in Russian congress Poland, so I don't know how far he would go if Napoleon abdicated. I suppose it is possible he would just leave French command.
Provided Frenchmen still supported a Polish army and such, I believe he would support one of the sides. I guess Bonapartist, but it really depends if he believes any side.
So....up to you guys if you can see it happening. I guess if you have enough Frenchmen you could dispense with the headache.

Wouldn't Ney be a Bonapartist?
