I think uprisings should be dependent on decisions players make so if they are some oppressive dictator uprisings are more likley than a democracy and that sort of thing.
The US and Russia should both get their Second Civil Wars regardless though.

With Napoleon Bonaparte leaving and deleting his account for some reason, I will take over this RP unless he returns. If anyone has objections to this let me know, I'm open to listening to people but I had this idea and really want to see it happening so unless he comes back I may run this thing. I was thinking about waking up the Diplomacy game series... Dip06 haven't started yet and I'm apparently the next host. I certainly can host it while waiting for the Crusades RP to start and honestly... hosting a Diplomacy game is actually easier for me than to figure out what to post for a RP. Would that bother you, Frederick the Great? |
