Just for the ones who don't know it.
the goals in GoG are to occupy the cities/ports with a star, if you open a campaign you will see that some cities/ports have a star. you have to occupy that cities. NOT THE OTHER CITIES

NOT THE OTHER CITIES Ya and usually it's best just to go for the objectives but sometimes it makes perfect sense to go after certain non-objectives too like if you need the ressources,if it's a very easy quick target,if you dont want enemy units in the middle of your teritory and so forth.. |

netherfreek, for defense missions you have to give priority to those cities who have the star. if you want you can add this in the guide too  |

I know I was just kidding. Of course dying wouldn't make sense. But that does sound kind of silly to want from a player. "Just stay here and well... fight Russians... Good luck."
