I finally started Dark Souls 3. Was doing great until I got to the first boss. It always goes well until you get to the first boss.

Decided to reinstall lipgos mod for wc3!
Just like before my requirements will be:
* No regular generals (only s and ss)
* No eye covereds
* No ion cannon

I watched the Game Theory for Dark Souls and the lore got me interested. I'm one of those noobs that skips the first two games and goes right to the third lol. Should have just skipped to DS2, then. Far easier than the rest, in my opinion. Yes, it's the worst out of the three, but it's still amazing (Says something about the series, itself, no?). Good luck in 3, friend. I know your pain. And they are getting sued for racism which is funny |

From what I could tell from watching DS3 playthroughs (don't have any of the DS trilogy, but planning to get them this summer), just baiting him to attack, circling to his back, then attacking while he finishes does the trick. Or you can use firebombs. |

Lol, Dark souls 3 Mountbatten? I played the first 2 games first. I don't remember how difficult the first boss was on my first try, though I bet he would be easy if I went and made a new character. Then again, I know people around my age who haven't even got past that boss  I played through to the second boss, and found the generic enemies difficult for some reason. When I started fighting the second boss, I kept repeating to myself something like "this isn't so bad!" (compared to the other games) Then he killed me, and killed me again. And I believe once more after that. Yet I stand by my initial opinion lololol. Currently on the 6-7th boss. Yeah I think Dark Souls 2 was the worst TK421, despite it being my first Souls game oddly. So much for nostalgia. Same goes for Devil May Cry IMO, only the 2nd installment was REALLY bad to me. Though I did finish it. Most recent event in my gaming, was me defeating the first (actually optional) boss of Bloodborne. (is from same company as souls, iz not irrelevant) I find the enemies in the next watery place to be extremely hard, though I haven't done much. Funny to play a game with no blocking, considering that its my traditional tactic in souls games. My farthest play through in Dark souls 3 is unique because I'm sticking to greatswords (and a shield sometimes) |

Ok it's done. When you create a post you will notice a new icon by the dice, that's the spoiler tag. It's just a place holder for now till I find a better image.You can also use the bb tag spoiler "/" spoiler if you prefer. A word of caution though, our forum by its nature is a spoiler forum as we are constantly giving solutions to game issues ect..so even though we now have spoiler tags these are still entirely optional. Members are free to not use the spoiler feature if they dont like it. Next feature I would like to add (and I hope you guys will like it) is an easy way to format tables with rows and columns to organize data and info into neat little tables within a post. This could be handy for both the gaming boards and the RP board. |
