Floor 499:
Apparently the aliens from WC3 constructed this floor. Or so it seems, judging by the super long overhang that is seemingly impossible to exist, as any material that stretches this far out of the building will break away from the building, due to immense stress and pressure needed to support the weight of the material, in terms of today's engineering. The overhang overlooks the thin atmosphere, and only a few managed to peer through the glass windows into the floor. Some have reported seeing a strange hangar that houses some sort of spaceship?
Upon entering this floor, you will be greeted with an exhibition hall showcasing various highlights of conquests, general analysis, and some items for sale such as a Manstein character pin.
Some people have noted that the exhibition hall isn't as big as it seems, some even pointed out that the hall is only the size of the base area of the building. Then they noticed a door in the corner near the storage room, where they believe is the entrance to the overhang section. There is a number pad next to the door, and an old doormat with some words on it. There are no hints about the password, let along what's on the other side of the door. Only a mention from the building owner: "Sometimes I see a beam of light shooting into the space."

Floor 505:
Originally designed as a pitstop for the construction of the subsequent floors, this floor is also known as Hotel 505. It looks like an ordinary hotel, with a reception table in the center, a cafeteria to the right that serves breakfast, and a multipurpose hall to the left. Between the reception and the cafe, a hallway leads to 20 hotel rooms.
At the end of the hallway, there is a door with a sign that says "Janitors only". Behind the door is a storage room for janitor supplies, and an elevator that supposedly transport the supplies such as dirty bedsheets.
But.. something's off here, thought one guy, as he decided to go into the elevator. He found buttons for 5 floors. He decided to press the button for the 2nd floor. The elevator moved up, and he was greeted with a hallway to more hotel rooms. Strangely, the designs for the carpet, doors and lights were different than the original. He decided to go back, and pressed the button for 1st floor. To his surprise, the reception table was totally different, and instead of an elevator entrance, it's a glass sliding door, with people coming in and out of it. Outside was a road with parked cars.
The man questioned the receptionist. Confused, the receptionist replied that this hotel is indeed Hotel 505, but not as he described it to be. He went outside, and looked at the building, but was disappointed that it looked like an ordinary 5 storey hotel. Desperate, he went back into the elevator, pressing each button to check every floor, but to no avail. He tried using his phone to call for help, but was surprised that his phone signal was unresponsive, despite that this hotel is clearly situated in a city.
It wasn't until that one of the janitors recognized him, and he got back into the original Hotel 505, using a different elevator for janitors, that has a button for basement. He was missing for a day, and almost everyone in the EFC skyscraper were alerted by it. After this incident, the door to the janitor's elevator can only be opened via a special access card. But that didn't stop the building owner from using that elevator to buy himself lunch.. from another dimension perhaps...

Floor 508: A giant crystal ball appears into your eyes, its crystal-like center with various interchanging colours catches your attention. It's supported by a stone structure, just big enough to not let it fall off. You then spot a metal plate with some words: "Feel free to touch it, if you want wisdom". You then find a spot among the other people who are touching the ball, and not long after, you heard a voice, as if the ball is speaking towards you. It said: "Hello adventurer. What brings you here?" You replied that you were just checking out this skyscraper. "Good luck my dear. Going up here isn't already an easy task (it sort of knew you weren't just checking 1 or 2 floors), and you have a thousand more to go. There were many who easily ascended the first 500 floors, and that handy elevator made the floor-climbing process practically sweatless. But then, after the 1000th floor, there were about less than half of people who, just like you, wanting to check out this whole skyscraper. And only a few people managed to reach the 1500th floor, without intentionally skipping floors to reach there." answered the ball. You assured that you will eventually reach the 1500th floor, with stopping at resting floors such as floor 505 to catch a breath. "You sure have confidence, my dear. I'm proud of you. But before you depart, may I share with you a story? It wouldn't take long." You nodded in response. "It's the story of a player named Just One Bite. Or Biteybit, his newest name. Do you know him?" You didn't manage to reply, yet the ball continued: "He was a long time player of World Conqueror 3, although joining in after the WC3 hype was long over, he managed to maintain a small presence there, interacting with the EFC members. His encounter with the EFC was probably fated to be, but nonetheless, just like most players, he knew the EFC through one of the games, World Conqueror 3. He originally wasn't into these war-themed games, but his boredom in his life made him interested in trying out this game, perhaps that it might be a good time-killer. And not only it did fulfilled his purpose, it kind of overdid it, developing an addiction that lasted years before he managed to control it." "But World Conqueror 3 didn't have the cloud save feature back then. So whenever he needed to change his phone, he had to restart the game all over again. And apparently that's fine for him. Several times. He didn't manage to get Guderian until about his 4th restart. That's when he encountered EFC, looking for guides in order to find something to progress his game, while reattempting countless amounts of 1939 Finland runs to fund his wonders and technology." "Why didn't he quit?" You replied. "Because this game meant something for him. A purpose for him to keep going with his life. And now, he looked for another purpose. To reach the endgame of this game, in this case, aliens. However, his industry problem has always been a roadblock to his progress, and now he's not as keen to have another reattempt at 1939 Finland. You might be wondering, why didn't he just attempt other conquests? Well, he had been very timid about losing conquests, as that will leave him saddened for a while. He's not confident enough. And yet, he persevered, eventually he managed to play an alien level for the first time, in that case, USSR." "But that was shortly before he had another restart. This time, he was equipped with the knowledge to speedrun to his previous progress. It wouldn't take long before he completed a Japan 1975 conquest, one of the highest industry-rewarding levels in the game. Then he turned towards the alien campaigns. Slowly but surely, he completed them one by one, eventually reaching level 8. Unfortunately, that's where he stopped his pursuit of completing the game." "What happened?" you thought. "He got bored, fighting the same kind of enemies over and over again, this time it's unavoidable. Lacking another purpose, he hadn't played the game for some time, occasionally writing guides to fill up the gaps in the library of WC3 guides. There's one event that made him stay for quite a while, it's the Conquest Difficulty Ranking thread, which he made his own list to "fix" the imperfections made by the author. But after that, we barely heard from him." "So what does all of this have to do with me? I'm just some random person just wanting to check out this building." You questioned the ball, puzzled by its seemingly irrelevance to yourself. "Have you ever heard of the dead bodies near the top of Mount Everest? Those people are once highly-motivated people. Just One Bite is like one of them, except that he didn't die of course. He had the motivation, perseverance, determination, time and energy to accomplish his goal, but he lacked a strong foundation for his purpose. Simply wanting to check out the entire building until the 1500th floor isn't enough to be a purpose, as you might be questioning yourself: 'Was going to the 1500th floor really worth it?' Not that I want you to quit, but in fact, I want to help you accomplish that. You must have another strong purpose as a backup. Was it to map all the floors to show it to your friends? Was it to create an extensive feedback to the building owner to improve this building? Or you wanted to look for a specific attraction in one of those floors? Whatever it is, I wish you all the best. So, are you prepared to continue your journey?" "Yep!" as you removed your hand away from the ball. You continued on your journey, keeping the words of the ball in your mind...

Floor 511: This floor has a single cafe. It's a popular destination for people to relax and view the vast expense of the sky and the cloudbeds that move by their winds. Young people are often repeat customers due to its modern and simplistic design, and it's a dating spot for a lot of young couples here. Due to the size of the cafe, customers would feel undisturbed through the spacing between tables, even during peak hours. With 178 unique songs, customers would never feel bored listening to the same tracks as compared to other cafes.
Perhaps the most iconic part of this cafe is the light-blue coloured shapes that seemingly uses the cafe as its center. The shape starts out as a huge circle that surrounds the cafe, stretched relatively wide enough that the skyview wouldn't be blocked while still bright enough to be seen. From the circle, various shapes extend outward, composing of various circles and triangles, and many more shapes extend from them. "It's the EFC crop circle," a popular description of this phenomenon. While this 2d structure seems very large, it apparently is intangible, as airplanes were seen to pass through it without issue. In fact, it is often considered by pilots as marker for the building to avoid planes from crashing into it. What makes the EFC crop circle more memorable is when people try to view it from the night sky. In the darkness of the night, it's blue neon glow illuminates the building, and you would think that it paints the night sky with its colours!
I visited there once, and the food was spectacular. I ordered the omelette rice, which comes with chicken cubes on top of a few pieces of lettuce and cherries. I also ordered a yellow peach Calpis soda as my drink. There are other foods as well such as burger with fried potato balls set, squid ink spaghetti, fried platter; drinks such as honeydew-dragonfruit ice tea, strawberry milk with ice cream float, blue jasmine ice tea; as well as desserts such as mousse, cake, swirly cake, and pancakes. I was astonished by the meticulous craft and design in the preparation of the foods, and it's something unforgettable that wants me to revisit it to try the other foodstuffs as well.

I feel like my achievements are rather lacking and my plaque is comparatively empty 😁 Although I did win the chariot race at the Olympics. Floor 513: if I was better at this I'd think of something more creative, but since I'm not, the floor is filled with penguins in a tribute to Douglas Adams.
